We offer a wide variety of physiotherapy services including rehabilitation for sprains/strains, musculoskeletal disorders/injuries, aches /pains, post-surgical rehab, neck and back pain, TMJ, sciatica, mobility deficits, and more. Our service area includes downtown Victoria, Oak Bay, James Bay, Royal Oak, Cordova Bay, Saanich, Esquimalt, View Royal, Vic West, and Gordon Head. We may also be able to service to areas outside of these, but a small surcharge may apply. See our exact service map here.
Please contact us if you are unsure whether we provide service to your area or if you would like to submit a request for treatment in an area outside of our service map.
We also provide physiotherapy sessions at discounted rates, for those who are okay with travelling to the physiotherapist’s home for their session. The physiotherapist’s home is located in downtown Victoria, across from Harris Green Village. This option can be booked online or by phone.

We accept payments in the form of cash, e-transfer, or Credit/Debit Card Tap (using Square app, a secure phone-to-phone tap service, 2.5% surcharge applies).
Prices for home care/mobile services:
Physiotherapy Assessment (1 hour): $175
Vestibular/Balance Assessment (1 hour): $190
TMJ Assessment (1 hour): $175
Subsequent Physiotherapy Session (30 minutes): $130
Subsequent Physiotherapy Session (extended time, 45 minutes): $165
Subsequent Vestibular Session (30 minutes): $135
Subsequent TMJ Session (30 minutes): $130
Telehealth (phone/video call): $50 for 15 minutes, $90 for 30 minutes

We understand unexpected life events such as illness, family emergencies, and other extenuating circumstances may come up resulting in late cancellations. In these situations, there will be no charge. In general however, we request 24 hours notice for cancellations. If cancelled within a 24 hour period prior to appointment, a late cancellation fee of $50 may be applied. For no shows, a no-show fee of $75 may apply.

We do not direct bill to insurances at this time. We require full payment of services upfront but you can pay and submit to your insurance. We can provide detailed receipts which you will be able to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
